Our fully owned and controlled Bangkok office is very conveniently situated in the heart of Bangkok and just a few minutes walk from Nana or Asoke BTS (Skytrain) stations. Being on Sukhumvit Soi 13 we are very easy to find. We are also close to the British Embassy. Our offices are modern clean, comfortable and fully air-conditioned. Clients are welcome to take advantage of the beverage facilities in our reception area where complimentary tea, coffee and cold water are available. Having been established since November 1988 and being currently the only office in Bangkok which is registered with both the UK Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) and the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association (ILPA) of the UK we are in a unique position to assist you to get a visa. Our Bangkok office is currently the only registered ILPA member in Thailand. We are not just another visa agency but are UK regulated professional immigration law practitioners and therefore we are in a position to advise you not only on the documents etcetera required for a successful application but also have an in depth understanding of the Immigration Rules, Diplomatic Services Procedures, the various relevant Immigration Acts and the influence of the Human Rights Acts on visa applications in addition to the United Nations Convention on Human Rights. We can therefore spot potential pitfalls and overcome them before an application is submitted or suggest alternative visa routes or ways to overcome problems. For many people visa applications are potentially life changing and you need to be absolutely certain that the firm you engage is established, experienced and duly qualified. As long standing Thailand specialists we believe that we are in a virtually unique position to help you achieve your goal. All visa applications are compiled in the UK by qualified professionals who then send everything back to our Bangkok office together with any necessary advice, suggestions or letter of explanation to the British Embassy to be submitted with the application form. This is a very fast process by E-mail. Clients already in Thailand can enlist our services in Bangkok and either pay over the internet using a debit or credit card or pay in cash in Bangkok. From our Bangkok office clients can speak with an English consultant in our UK office if they wish. For Thailand based clients we can assist with obtaining documentation, invitation letters and liaise on your behalf with your family sponsoring you from the UK if necessary. Generally the role of our Bangkok office is to assist the applicant, check documentary evidence, prepare the applcant for the interview, book TB tests, accompany the applicant to submit the application and to liaise through our UK office with the sponsor in the UK. The special corporate rates we enjoy are lower than the publicly advertised internet prices with extras included. All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with cable TV, mini fridge and the usual amenities found in the finest hotels. Only approximately 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi airport and with Nana sky train station and Sukhumvit subway station within very easy reach, the Ambassador is perfectly located in the heart of Bangkok. The hotel boasts excellent dining facilities including Am Café, alfresco beer garden, Hong The Chinese Restaurant, Lobby Lounge, Espresso Coffee shop, Bakery 171 and the ever popular Dicken’s Pub. Our clients receive the following in addition to the standard amenities, buffet breakfast at the coffee shop, welcome drink at the lobby lounge or Dicken’s pub, fruit basket and flowers on arrival, English language newspaper, free use of the hotel fitness facilities. Please note that we can only offer this service to our existing visa or marriage service clients. A standard room (pictured above) includes a double bed and is suitable for a couple. The room rate is 1650 Thai Baht per night (approximately £25) payable directly to the hotel, VAT and service is included. Larger rooms or suites are available on request. At check-in your credit or debit card will be swiped and on check-out you pay the hotel in full either by card or in cash. Translations Our Bangkok office offers a translation service of official documents such as marriage certificate, birth certificates, divorce and death certificates and ID cards. Our stamp of certification is accepted by the Royal Thai Government and the UK Home Office. Marriage Registration Preparation of affirmations of freedom to marry, translation, obtainining a marriage licence and escorting you to legally register your marriage and then translating and certifying the marriage certificate in English can be arranged. Vehicle hire We can arrange the hire of a car, minibus or coach for you together with a driver from our fleet of modern, air conditioned, insured vehicles. Whether it is to or from the airport or to such poular destinations as the Bridge on the River Kwai, Ayutthaya, Pattaya, Korat or Hua Hin or any destination in Thailand.
